Method
- Set the filter and rinse it thoroughly with plenty of hot water.
- Add the ground coffee.
- Pour 50ml of hot water, stir gently, and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
- After 30 seconds, pour an additional 150ml of hot water. Slowly press down, applying steady pressure.
- Press slowly for approximately 2 minutes, then stop when you hear a gentle hissing sound.
- Sit back and enjoy your coffee!
For best results, use freshly ground coffee and filtered water.
