Method
- Start by pouring 40g of water to bloom the coffee. Allow it to sit for 30 to 45 seconds to let the coffee degas.
- Slowly pour up to 100g, keeping a steady and controlled flow.
- Continue pouring to 150g.
- Finish with a final pour to 220g. Let the water draw down completely. The total brew time should fall between 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
- Sit back and enjoy your coffee!
For best results, use freshly ground coffee and filtered water. Adjust your grind size or pour rate if the brew finishes too quickly or too slowly.
