Method

  1. Start by pouring 50g of water and gently stir the grounds. Let it bloom for about 30 seconds.
  2. Slowly pour an additional 4 times, bringing the total water to 120g, then 160g, 200g and finally 240g, making sure to keep the coffee bed stable the whole time.
  3. Wait until all the water has drained through. The total brew time should be around 3 minutes
  4. Sit back and enjoy your coffee!

For best results, use freshly ground coffee and filtered water. Adjust your grind size or pour rate if the brew finishes too quickly or too slowly.
